Happy New Year to everyone I hope you all had a safe and fun new years eve.
The sun shone brightly for the first sunrise of the year bringing with it a new lease on life and warming energy to make this year a great one.
With such a great start to the day watching the beautiful sun rise I decided to venture out to the local Vasse Markets held in Vasse Western australia on every first and third saturday of the month.
The markets are held at the Vasse Hall and with stalls inside and out with fresh produce, hand made goods even food stalls and plant stalls.
I found a beautiful local stall that makes frames from recycled timber and will hopefully be using these frames in the future to frame my work.
another wonderful stall that was inside the hall and is great for all on Rainbow farm even had a rainbow in there stall design… is Mertle magic they make beautiful home grown syrups to make cordial and icy poles with and many other uses I am sure. The kids love the mulberry and lemon syrup cordial.
another purchase was of beautiful local honey for my hubby to enjoy and a big bunch of Sunflowers just because they were stunning in colour and worthy of a photo session (see next post for pics)
After a relaxing time at the markets it was home for lunch and a lazy afternoon. In the late afternoon when the weather got cooler the whole family headed off down the beach for dinner.
The view was amazing down at the Busselton Jetty in Western australia. Lots of other people had the same idea and made for great images with people enjoying the summer sun.
I hope you also had a great new years day and that your year is all you hope for.. I am hoping to blog a little each day about Rainbow Farm Photography’s visual journey this year so check back often or subscribe to this blog to enjoy.
