Getting Sunshine Therapy on gloomy Winter Day’s

It’s been a cold winter this year …

making it hard to get out of bed in the morning ..

some days the rain and the gloom has spread across the whole sky

and blocked any hint of sunshine out.

These are the days that I find it hard to get motivated

and feel the weight of the weather on me.

Even gloomy days can find beauty

Gloomy days make you tired before you even begin and the smallest effort seems to take it out of you.

So I think the best thing you can do …

Is change that …

find some sunshine.

The best way to do this is to look at some amazing imagery of the sun

to warm those bones and get you moving give you the relief you need.

Bring the sun from behind the clouds to warm your day

Imagine the clouds slowly fading away and the sun shining through to warm you ..

shining in through your window ..

feel it’s warmth …

feel it glowing inside you and bringing relief.

So when the sun isn’t shining

and your feeling weighed down by gloomy days of winter …

find some sunshine …

head over to the Rainbow Farm Photography Facebook Page

hit all the wonderful sun filled photo albums and warm up with the glow of the sun.

Living on Rainbow Farm with my two beautiful children and fur baby Billy in Busselton, Western Australia provides me with stunning sunrise and sunsets and the beauty of Australia's flora and fauna. I hope to bring just a little bit of inspiration, healing and lots of sunshine to your day.
